Released in 2003, Angel of Darkness is a massive controversy in the Tomb Raider community. The game is known for having the strongest storyline of the series, a superb soundtrack (recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra), and taking the giant leap to go where no Tomb Raider has gone before by introducing playable character, Kurtis Trent. Unfortunately, the game was released unfinished due to time restraints and general misalignment of the stars, which caused the game to suffer glitches and plot holes.

The Angel of Darkness, meant to be part one of a trilogy. Said trilogy was cancelled when the Tomb Raider franchise changed hands from Core Design to Crystal Dynamics (Legend, Anniversary, Underworld).

Many saw the potential of Angel of Darkness, fantastic ideas that though poorly implemented, would create the Holy Grail of Tomb Raiders if done properly. The goal is to finish the story, preferably in the form of a game, though other alternatives and compromises are satisfactory.

xmamacitax

Janice
Welcome to Janis's page. Janis, bless her soul, is the mascot of Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness. She's also the Parisian Ghetto's resident hooker. In 2003, after a rather uncomfortable night sleeping on a bus, Lara Croft finds herself walking through the Ghetto meeting the shadiest of creatures. Homeless men who want coffee, a drug dealer who warns her to hold her tongue, and delightful Janice.

Janis's occupation is obvious, as it looks like she puts her makeup on with a trowel and has legs that kill. Don't mistake this vixen for your average prostutitute. She's lethal.

Just ask Lara Croft.
